Menu Plan Monday

Another great shopping week! This week my total was $108.00! That is less than half of our usual amount and almost down to my goal of $100 a week. But, since we only spent $23 last week, I say I am doing pretty good! I also managed to purchase ground beef on sale for $1.27 a pound and stocked up a little. So now I have enough chicken for 3 weeks and enough ground beef for 3 weeks. So, putting my good buys to use this week... here is this week's menu! And, don't forget to check out Org. *Monday:
    Breakfast: Oatmeal / Applesauce / Milk
    Lunch: Ham Sandwiches / Yogurt / Juice
    Snack: Animal Crackers/ Milk
    Dinner: Burgers/ Macaroni Salad

*Tuesday:
    Breakfast: Eggs / Turkey Bacon / Toast / Milk
    Lunch: Ravioli / Green Beans / Applesauce / Milk
    Snack: Yogurt / Juice
    Dinner: Rosemary Garlic Chicken / Roasted Squash & Zucchini

*Wednesday:
    Breakfast: Grits / Peaches / Milk
    Lunch: PB&J / Banana / Milk
    Snack: Animal Crackers / Juice
    Dinner: Roast Beef / Potatoes with Rosemary / Salad

*Thursday:
     Breakfast: Cereal / Banana / Milk
     Lunch: Macaroni & Cheese / Corn / Juice
     Snack: Animal Crackers / Milk
     Dinner: Eat-Out Night

*Friday:
    Breakfast: Oatmeal / Applesauce / Milk
    Lunch: Pizza / Green Beans / Yogurt / Juice
    Snack: Banana / Milk
    Dinner: BBQ Chicken / Pasta / Corn

*Saturday:
    Dinner: Chicken Cesar Salad

*Sunday:
    Dinner: Roasted Chicken / Dressing / Salad / Watermelon


This is the plan! We are eating a lot more salads now that it is BURNING hot here in the South. Plus, I like to take advantage of the fresh veggies that are so plentiful this time of year ;o)
