Menu Plan Monday

The past few weeks have been very crazy as usual. We are getting ready for Kirstey's graduation on the 9th of June. Programs, award's ceremonies, rehearsals, etc... She did go to the Thespian Club awards ceremony last night and won for Best Ensemble Member for her part in "Fiddler On The Roof"!

Also, I have had 5 kiddies 18 months and younger which makes for a pretty hectic day. By the time the last kiddie goes home, I am exhausted. I hadn't even thought about menu planning these past couple of weeks. But, this week I'm back on board! So, here is the plan for this week! I only list Dinner over the weekend because normally we fend for ourselves for breakfast & lunch on those days.

*Monday:
     Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin Toast, an orange and milk for the kiddies, coffee for me
     Snack 1: Yogurt
     Lunch: Roasted Turkey Sandwiches, Salad, Fruit Cocktail and milk
     Snack 2: Animal crackers & juice
     Dinner: Amish Oven Fried Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans

*Tuesday:
     Breakfast: Oatmeal, Applesauce & Milk for the kiddies, coffee for me
     Snack 1: yogurt
     Lunch: Chicken Salad, Carrots, Banana & Milk
     Snack 2: Cheese Crackers & juice
     Dinner: Crock Pot Bratwurst and Peppers, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob

*Wednesday:
     Breakfast: Cereal , Mixed Fruit Salad & Milk (coffee for me)
     Snack 1:  Granola Bars
     Lunch: Left overs
     Snack 2: yogurt & juice
     Dinner: Crock Pot Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken, White Rice, Salad

*Thursday:
     Breakfast: Eggs, Ham, Toast, Milk (coffee for me)
     Snack 1: yogurt
     Lunch: Chicken Nuggets, French Fries, Milk
     Snack 2: Animal crackers, juice
     Dinner: Eat-Out Night

*Friday:
     Breakfast: Oatmeal, bananas, milk (coffee for me)
     Snack 1: Apple slices with peanut butter, milk
     Lunch: Ravioli, salad, milk
     Snack 2: Dry cereal & Juice
     Dinner: Marvelous Marinated London Broil, Egg Noodles with butter, green beans

*Saturday:
     Dinner: Hot Dogs, Fries, Salad

*Sunday:
      Dinner: Whole Chicken in the Crock Pot, stuffing, roasted mixed veggies
